Tru Test Service & Repairs Warranty

Barrett Engineering offer a full backup service for all TruTest Weighing systems and EID’s. Simply get in touch with us regarding your issue, and we will arrange to pick it up from you by courier & send it directly to Tru Test Service & Repairs.

When the repairs are completed, we will return it to you by courier.

The €100+vat (13.5%vat) covers collection and delivery of your loadbars, Indicator or EID reader to Tru Test repairs and back to you. The fee also covers, labour and consumable items (sealant, glues, tapes, etc..) Any replacement parts will be charged per unit unless covered by warranty. Warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase and covers parts only warranty does not cover damage, misuse or shipping charges.

Tru Test technical support team aim to deliver prompt and quality repair service for our customers. They  follow a stringent inspection protocol prior to repair, and will then contact you with details of the repair. If there are any extra costs from items outside of the warranty you will be contacted first.
